Description
A Plate Heat Exchanger 500 LPH – PHE Plate is a specialized device used to transfer heat between two fluids. Unlike traditional heat exchangers that use tubes (Shell and Tube), a PHE Plate uses a series of thin, corrugated metal plates stacked together to create a large surface area for heat exchange.
This design makes them incredibly efficient and compact, which is why they are found in everything from massive industrial plants to the small boiler in your mini dairy plant. ne fluid (the hot one) enters the exchanger and is directed into every second channel. The second fluid (the cold one) enters and is directed into the channels between the hot ones. They usually flow in opposite directions to maximize heat transfer.
